Keystage 1 Visit to Skipton Castle

Our KS1 pupils had a fantastic time on their educational visit to Skipton Castle! The children explored the historic grounds, learned about life in medieval times, and discovered how castles were used to defend against invaders. They were especially excited to see the old kitchens and climb the winding staircases. The visit brought their history learning to life and sparked lots of curiosity and great questions. Thank you to all the staff and volunteers!
